My must haves' are a new-fashioned, nicely furnished room with king bed, dryer, toilettries. Its location is stunning, close enough to dotonbori and other shipping areas as well as attractions and food, walkable area.

We liked the hotel and its amazing and excellent breakfast.
It was clean and the staff were superbly friendly and outstandingly accommodating, beds were extremely comfy. Our room with nice decor was compact and spotless. This brand-new hotel offered us particularly good views and scenery. The location was great and incredible, a 10-15 minute walk from Dotombori Glico Sign.

Appreciated my good stay for my next visit to Osaka. The staff were amicable and exceptionally nice and the location was amazing surround by a lot of eateries. Further, it was near to Osaka Station as well as the IOIO shop & lots of shopping & street food in that area.

I recently stayed at Sotetsu Grand Fresa in Namba for a week-long vacation. The hotel's location was perfect - just a stone's throw away from the vibrant Dotonbori area and within walking distance to plenty of restaurants. The staff went above and beyond, even upgrading our room and surprising my boyfriend with a special birthday gift. The room itself was clean and comfortable, ensuring a pleasant stay. With its proximity to Nippombashi Station, getting around was a breeze. a great choice for a memorable trip.
